Blueberry Peaches and Cream Smoothie
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 peaches, pitted
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey if needed
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla, optional but delicious
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or place in the refrigerator for up to one day.
