Rose Hill Farm
A Historic Hudson Valley Orchard
Founded in 1798, Rose Hill Farm is situated on over 100 bucolic acres of orchards, meadows, ponds, and forest.
The farm grows a wide variety of pick-your-own apples, cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, strawberries, and blueberries, which are also used in our own natural wines and ciders.
Our ceremony and reception locations are nestled within our orchards, with breathtaking views of the Catskill Mountains.
Our Standard Wedding Package
Guest Capacity: Up to 120 guests are included in our standard package. Please inquire about pricing for larger guest lists.
Venue Access: Includes access to the farm for five hours, with the couple welcome to arrive early. Additional access is provided for engagement photos, ceremony rehearsals, setup before, and breakdown after the event.
Ceremony & Reception Spaces: Many couples opt for a hilltop ceremony, cocktail hour on the taproom lawn, and reception in our tasting room. Lawn and taproom furniture are included, though additional seating may be required for formal receptions, as our taproom accommodates up to 75 seated guests.
Tasting Room & Amenities: Our newly renovated tasting room, featuring three indoor restrooms (ADA-accessible) and an indoor/outdoor distributed sound system with plug-and-play connectivity for your playlist.
Staffing & Support: Our package includes staffing (three bartenders are included, with additional bartenders recommended for every 30 extra guests) and a dedicated day-of venue manager for seamless event execution.
Vendor Resources: A comprehensive wedding resource guide is provided, featuring recommended caterers, photographers, florists, musicians, planners, and more.
Parking: Ample self-service parking is available, accommodating 120+ cars.
Additional Costs:
Bar & Beverage Service: A curated selection of Rose Hill Farm-made wines, ciders, and co-ferments, along with New York State beer, wine, and spirits, is available.
Third Party Vendors: Party rentals (linens, serveware, etc.), catering, music, florals, and photography are not included in the package.
The farm is available as a wedding venue year-round except during peak apple season: mid-September through October. Our standard wedding package is $8,500.
Throughout our harvest season (June through October), the farmstand remains open to the public for pick-your-own sales until 5 pm on weekends. We’re happy to arrange pre-paid fruit picking for your wedding guests during the afternoon of your event as a sweet and memorable activity.
