Churchtown cheesemaker and monger Grace Pullin will host a gathering at the farm during which we'll pair our four cheeses with a selection of products from Rose Hill Farm.
We'll be discussing classic styles of cheese, wine and cider, traditional and innovative pairings, and the elusive "third flavor". As we taste, we'll also chat about the history and farming practices at Churchtown and Rose Hill.
The evening's offerings will also include classic cheese board accompaniments of dried fruit, nuts, fresh bread, and preserves.
The event will be held in Churchtown's Farm Store gathering space and is limited to 15 participants.
