• Malou of Accordian Wines A ccordion Wines is a one-woman, one-dog operation (helped by many generous friends). We’re located in Accord, NY, nestled between the Shawangunk Ridge and the Catskills. We harvest all the grapes by hand, and aim to be as gentle in the winery as possible. No harsh chemicals or invasive techniques here; we do everything with a small press, an even smaller pump, and a lot of time.

• Nika of Greenpoint Cidery Inspired by farmhouse practices, natural wine, and the long history of apples in America, my ciders are made with traditional methods, local ingredients, and minimal intervention. Fermented from all New York apples, they are 100% dry, aged, unfiltered, and unfined. Each cider is hand made in small batches, and limited release experimental ciders are made with fruits, herbs, and flowers foraged from the surrounding land. As it’s made by hand, each batch and each bottle is unique.
