Winter Evenings in the Taproom

  • Rose Hill Taproom 14 Rose Hill Farm Red Hook, NY 12571 (map)

On Saturday, January 21st, we're pleased to introduce the first of several "Winter Evenings in the Taproom", a brand new concept at Rose Hill Farm! Once a month, the Rose Hill Farm Taproom will close early to prepare for an intimate and leisurely celebration of food and wine.

The first dinner is a 6-course menu inspired from the Trentino-Alto-Adige region. With Veneto and Lombardy to the south, Austria to the north and the glorious Dolomites mountains sawing through the middle, Trentino-Alto-Adige is one of Italy's most striking regions, with a unique food scene to match.

Teaming up with the Rose Hill Farm Ferment's team, an optional wine and cider pairing will be available for the dinner. As well as a non-alcoholic pairing, including specialty mocktails.

RESERVE YOUR TICKET

This is a limited capacity ticketed event - reservations must be made in advance. The Taproom will be closed to the public during the entire evening event. In the event of extreme weather, we’ve designated Sun, 1/22, as a makeup/snow date. If you can’t make it on 1/21, the next “Winter Evening in the Taproom” is scheduled for Sat, 2/18.

Yes, Misto can accommodate vegetarians, dietary restrictions and food allergies. Send Misto an email with questions or to relay preferences. Please note all Rose Hill Farm wine and cider pairings are gluten free and crafted without fining agents or added sulfites.
