We’re pleased to introduce TO ERIS, a cider made in collaboration with our friends at Wild Arc Farm in Pine Bush, NY. A combination of golden apples (Mutsu, Golden Delicious, Golden Russet) and Quince, it is full bodied with notes of white flower and grapefruit pith.

To celebrate the launch, Todd and Crystal of Wild Arc Farm will join us for an afternoon in the Taproom and pour a selection of Wild Arc wines and ciders, including To ERIS. Come for the wine and cider, stay for the conversation!
