Spring Foraging Walk with Foliage Botanics

  • Rose Hill Farm 19 Rose Hill Farm Red Hook, NY 12571 (map)

We're very excited to announce our new Seasonal Foraging Series, led by Hannah Schiller of Foliage Botanics. This series begins Sunday, May 26, with a spring foraging walk from 2-4 pm

Come explore Rose Hill Farm and all its wild edibles on this walk led by herbalist & ecologist Hannah Schiller of Foliage Botanics. We'll gather by the picnic tables and walk about the beautiful orchards and land in search of wild foods. We'll discuss foraging ethics, taste some wild snacks together, ending back at the taproom. Wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather. Bring gloves, a pocket knife or clippers if you have them, and a basket or tote bag! It is tick season as well, so wearing light colors and other tick-prevention measures are encouraged. Tickets are now available.

Two more seasonal foraging walks with Foliage Botanics will be held on July 27 and September 21.
