  • Grass-fed cheeseburger with caramelized onions, pickle, fancy sauce

  • Fresh mozzarella with honeynut squash, radichio and balsamic

  • Soup: carrot, tomato, ginger, labne, sage

  • Grilled cheese sandwich: mozzarella, halloumi, Parish Hill Hermit

  • Griddle halloumi cheese with salsa verde

  • Potato pancakes with celery leaf labne
