*Named after the Horan family’s 19th century farmhouse in Warwick, NY, Hare’s Hollow is the culmination of Kevin and Stephen’s years spent in the food industry at home and abroad. The food we prepare is inspired by traditions of the Mediterranean and firmly rooted in our home, the Hudson Valley. Working with local farmers and producers, we serve simple and thoughtful dishes like handmade pastas, charcuterie, locally raised meat grilled over open fire, and seasonal vegetables that were perhaps still in the earth this morning.
On Fridays in May, join us in the Rose Hill Farm Taproom where we’ll be serving a new seasonal menu (including porchetta sandwiches!) inspired by local farms in the Hudson Valley. Stroll around Rose Hill’s beautiful orchards - it’s bloom season!
