What's Samosa Shack all about?
Samosa Shack makes plant based Indian inspired eats right in midtown Kingston. Their oversized artisanal samosas have a following of their own. Savory fillings include sweet potato spinach, beet coconut lentil, even a pumpkin vindaloo. On the sweet side, S'moreSa, inspired by the popular campfire treat as well as a seasonal pumpkin pie samosa.
Created by Mini Dhingra in 2015, when friends and family urged her to bring her delicious food to market. Using Hudson Valley farm fresh seasonal ingredients, and local flour, Samosa Shack treats can be found at various farmers markets, pop-ups, and catered events, through the Hudson Valley. Including weekly takeout at their midtown commissary.
Their offerings include: Samosas (four flavors a week), Gluten-free Indian street salad - Bhel Puri, Chutneys - cilantro, tamarind, seasonal varieties and rotating weekly seasonal prepared meals.
The Taproom is open 3-8pm Friday, 12-7pm on Saturday and 12-6pm on Sunday. The Farm is open for orchard walks on weekends 11am-dusk.
