*Named after the Horan family’s 19th century farmhouse in Warwick, NY, Hare’s Hollow is the culmination of Kevin and Stephen’s years spent in the food industry at home and abroad. The food we prepare is inspired by traditions of the Mediterranean and firmly rooted in our home, the Hudson Valley. Working with local farmers and producers, we serve simple and thoughtful dishes like handmade pastas, charcuterie, locally raised meat grilled over open fire, and seasonal vegetables that were perhaps still in the earth this morning.
Join us outside the Rose Hill Farm Taproom where we’ll be serving wood fired-pizza!
The Taproom is open 3-8pm Thursday & Friday, 12-8pm on Saturday and 12-7pm on Sunday. The Farm is open for orchard walks on weekends 11am-dusk. *The Farm and Taproom will also remain open to celebrate this Memorial Day, Monday, May 29th.
