Welcome to this upcoming Fun with Fermentation series by Holly’s Nourishing Kitchen, hosted by nutrition counselor and cooking instructor, Holly Shelowitz. We will gather in the Taproom at Rose Hill Farm in Red Hook to make traditional, wild fermented foods.
Holly S. will be teaching all of her tips and tricks to make your own delicious, immune boosting, digestive enhancing and vitamin-packed ferments. All classes are hands-on and you will be making your very own ferments to take home and enjoy!

During cherry season, the Farm is open for picking Thursday & Friday 3-7pm and weekends 10am-5pm. Enjoy an orchard walk or picnic anytime during Taproom hours, below.
