We are excited to announce the Hudson Valley Cider Symposium. Join us in celebrating a bountiful and challenging harvest with a special gathering at Rose Hill Farm.

This is a unique gathering of small cidermakers at Rose Hill Farm in Red Hook, NY. Join us in celebrating the end of one of the most unique, bountiful, and challenging harvests in recent years. In addition to our motley crew of cidermakers, we are assembling a few passionate apple and orchard experts and enthusiasts to share their excitement with our Hudson Valley community.

Come hang out in the orchard and sip some of the valley's finest ciders while learning about the past, present, and future of our most beloved fruit.

FEATURING:

Cider from Westwind, Metal House, Rose Hill Farm, Sundström, Wayside, Greenpoint Cidery, Aaron Burr, Treasury and Left Bank Cider.

-A talk by apple expert and author John Bunker

-Exhibition of apple photography by William Mullen

-Wild apples, Gnarly Pippins, book and orchard supplies by Matt Kaminsky

- American Cider: A Modern Guide to a Historic Beverage by Dan Pucci and Craig Cavallo

-Opportunities to purchase books, art, and, of course, cider.

The event will be taking place in the orchard, so please wear warm clothing and appropriate footwear.

12pm - 4pm

Admission:

$25 in advance or $30 at the door

Proof of vaccination or Negative COVID test are required for entry.

Food will be available for purchase from Misto Eats
