Fat Apple Farm is a sustainable, ethical livestock farm in Pine Plains, NY, raising entirely grass fed cows and sheep, and organic grain fed pigs. The Farm’s live in and freelance chef, Lauren Mary Fan Gerstel, started a smoker food pop-up based on the idea of cooking and serving meat raised on the farm at locations around the Hudson Valley.
The smoker looks great, smells great, and makes food taste truly great. Having the smoker going is a joy for the senses, and turns any space into a shareable feast.
