Farmhouse Pheasant ‘22: Classic pub style sparkling cider. Slightly sweet and perfect for every day. Dedicated to the friendly pheasant who visited daily to snack on apple pomace outside our winery production space.
Poiré ‘19: A blend of cultivated and wild foraged pears. Fermented in stainless and aged over 1 year in neutral French oak. Crisp, light and remarkably dry for a pear cider.
Pommeau ‘18: Cider combined with apple-pear spirit, matured for years to develop an oxidative profile with notes of pecans and buckwheat honey. A sweet, concentrated aperitif.
Pomquette Rouge ‘22: Pressed grape skins and stems rehydrated and co-fermented in apple juice. Aged in oak and bottle conditioned with fresh apple juice.
